Armour Home announced today that it had been appointed by Weibel Lift AG to be their sole UK distributors. The two companies will work closely together to introduce Weibel’s precision projector and television lifts to the UK market.
Armour’s Managing Director, Glenn McClelland commented: "We are very confident of success with these outstanding new models. The Weibel Precision Projector lift is clearly a world-leading product and we have no doubt professional installers will immediately understand the improvements to picture quality such a precision instrument will bring. When you then add the fact the lift requires such a shallow fitting depth, you can see why we believe it will be a surefire winner."

The new 'Home 150 Projector Lift' can be installed in places where other lifts cannot be placed, needing only 15cm to be built into the ceiling, less than half the space required by a regular scissor lift! The latter also lack precision when opening and closing the hatch, the Home 150 Projector Lift uses a patented spindle system that allows it to move up and down with typical Swiss precision. The maximum horizontal deviation is 0.1mm (less then 2 human hairs) when the lift is in the upper or lower position. The precision of the Home 150 Projector Lift ensures that the lift will not jam, and once up in the ceiling, almost invisible until operated.
