The new motorised 'mMotion' TV wall bracket, from Swedish company Lava Electronics AB, will change the way people enjoy TV in their homes. How? Because consumers will no longer have to arrange the furniture in their living rooms around their television. Instead, the unique design of the new mMotion bracket will allow the TV to turn towards its audience, through an arc up to a remarkable 180 degrees.
Lava brackets are distributed in the UK by Armour Home. Tony Jones, the product manager responsible for the brand stated: "The mMotion bracket can be easily installed onto either solid or stud walls, owners can then choose to have their television move through either a left or right handed arc. Because it can rotate up to 1800, mounted in an appropriate position, the TV can even 'look round corners' and be viewed from another room."
There are two models in the mMotion range. The LRM-901-S fits all flatscreen TVs from 25" to 37" and the LRM-901-L fit models up to 50". Both are 'universal' fitting and will accommodate all brands.
In addition, the mMotion is remote controlled, with user configurable preset positions. A remote control is included, but importantly, the bracket can be operated from the TV's own remote control and swings into the required position when the TV is turned on; returning to its 'parked' position when the TV is turned off.
