Description
Mediamax media servers are not available without completion of this course. We will discuss the advantages of media servers and multi-room distribution with full hands on experience on every section. The course covers installation using either a home network or direct connections via CAT5 crossover cabling. Once installed we look at the installer configuration, covering all that is needed to fully implement the server into the home via a network or direct connections. Finally we cover the user front end with a view to training the end user.

Skills Gained
Understanding of media servers. Media server installation and commissioning skills including network configurations. Termination of CAT5 cables (Straight through and crossover) if required.
